Ingredients:
2.2 pounds of oats
2 eggs
14 oz milk
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tsp sugar
1 heaping tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Mix oats and milk together, add eggs and stir to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine well.
Divide mixture into 2 well greased loaf pans and bake at 400*F for 60 minutes.
Cool in pan for 60 minutes, then cool completely before wrapping/bagging for storage. Bread freezes well.
