Ha Ha! You know I think Rosemary is best tied up in a bag and floating in hot water. LOL

Hey FF. Thanks for the info on where you keep your rosemary. I think the card in the pot that we bought is waaayyyy wrong! It says full sun. 4 plants in 4 years dead within a couple of weeks of planting them in the garden in full sun. This past month, I bought 2 more plants. Put one in the house in a pot in the NE corner of the house and it has an inch and a half new growth already. Put the other on the covered porch on the east side of the house. It doesn't have any new growth, but it is not dying.

Now that I have a Rosemary plant that is in a pot in the house and has actually taken off and is growing like crazy.....what's the best way to harvest it so that it continues regrowth?

I basically clip out the top 2 or 3 inches... once the plant is well established. Then I dehydrate it. Once dehydrated I tend to pack it up in jars and I freeze the jar. That keeps the herb at peak of perfection for years.

One more tip. Be sure your container Rosemary has plenty of space for the roots. It does not like being pot bound.
