I made up this recipe this morning and finally took the time to video it. It is a wonderful way to pack a nutrition punch into a delicious main dish AND save a world of work and time as well.

Get busy or lazy enough and you would be surprised at all the things you can make in a crockpot. I have even made CAKE in there!

I've done cake in there too! I have my priorities inline, dessert gets made in the crockpot but dinner, ummm maybe not.
