Happy New Year - Cowboy Collard Greens and Black Eyed Pea Soup

Cowboy Collard Greens and Black Eyed Pea Soup ... That's greens for wealth and Black Eyed Peas for Good Luck.

Yum.

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit. -The Tick ~~ Bible verse Revelation 6:15-17 - look it up!

I’ve never done the “greens and beans” thing for the New Year. Maybe I should try it this year to bring in better health and wealth for next year.

Yes he is Murphy. He makes some wonderful dishes. He is a great cook. He even won an episode of Cutthroat Kitchen! (The Hash and the Ugly EP 14:10)
