Or use the sauerkraut with added caraway seeds in your recipe.

I was inspired by ya'll. I bought a large jar of sauerkraut, two lo sodium spams, some caraway seeds and i'll go today and get some more supplies. The only restrictions here in this family are: Son in L is allergic to eggs. Neither use dairy products. DD doesn't like soy products. So its easy to work around that with this recipe!
