Sounds delicious, but you are BAKING when it is this hot out! Around these parts we are not turning on the ovens until Fall at least!

Just got this out of the oven... Holy Moly it is awesome...

8 large chicken breasts in a pyrex glass dish
smother in Mexican Salsa Verde sauce
Bake at 400F for around 1 hour

Pull and cover each breast with 3 slices of fried bacon portions
Cover each with pepper jack cheese
3 sliced jalepenos on top of each

Couscous and Ranchero pinto beans on the side

Washed down with cold beer after long day. Got a smile so big both ears are wet.
