Gluten Free Pie Crust

This one actually turned out pretty tasty!

Gluten Free Pie Crust - single crust

1 1/3 cups - Gluten Free flour mix (I used rice based Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 flour)
4 T butter - frozen and then grated into flour
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
------------
Stir this all together. The recipe said to add 1 t of xanthan gum (which I skipped) and 2 T of sugar for a dessert pie crust (which I also skipped)

Add ---------

1 egg
1 t ACV
1/2 cup heavy cream or sour cream

---------------

Gently bring it together and avoid over working. Cover and refrigerate about 5 minutes. Keep everything as cold as possible throughout. Roll between two sheets of wax or parchment paper.

It turned out tasty and even flaky! |em23|
