I made this last nite. I had about 1/3 of an old head of cabbage. And tons of onions. Used 5 of my eggs (they are small still) and alot of seasonings. Good!
We don't use much oil in a year, so I over did it in the pan. I poured some out, and then added a T as needed. I just ate two of them with my breakfast!
