I use my blender and whiz it up between batches to help keep the rice flour from settling into the bottom of the jar.
If you do it in a bowl you’ll still want to whisk it before pouring into the pan to keep the batter evened out. Rice flour likes to sink as it rehydrates so the later crepes will have a thicker texture if you don’t keep mixing it as you make each crepe.
