I use them as hamburger buns sometimes. They are decent.
And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit. -The Tick ~~ Bible verse Revelation 6:15-17 - look it up!

I’m thinking a gluten free version of a Sauage McMuffin or English muffin mini pizzas.

Those are good too. Sometimes I get on a kick and make a Sausage McMe every day for a few weeks. The breakfast of champions in my opinion. I can't tolerate sweet stuff for breakfast.

I’m all over the place when it comes to breakfast, it can be dinner leftovers, cereal, omelettes or a combo of sweet and savory things.
