3 Soup Recipes from Library Video Cooking Series

Unread post by patriceinil »

My library has been putting out video cooking demonstrations every month and these are the recipes from this month.
Here is the video link where she explains the origins of these soups.

The German soup sounds interesting, I think I’m going to try and make a gluten free version of it.

The ramen sounds good but I would have to substitute the noodles for something gluten free.

Minestrone is always a good hearty Fall/Winter meal option.

I have Thia rice noodles. Those work well for ramen and other noodle recipes. They even make great chicken and noodle soups.
