The "What's For Supper?" Thread

Had a late afternoon snooze, and as a result, was too tired to make a proper dinner. Bacon sandwiches and chocolate. Food of champions. :P

Last night was lamb chops in a brown gravy, with onion and mushrooms, plus steamed broccoli and carrots.

Tonight is still up in the air.

We had brats, GF macaroni and cheese, beans and acorn squash. Pretty good stuff.

A piece of cheddar cheese. I forgot I had finally finished off the pot of squash/veggie soup. I have been eating it morning, noon and night for a week along with a bit of cornbread. I think maybe swedish meatballs for this week.

Last night....Jambalaya-Emeril Lagasse style. Can we say 'BAM'! Not sure if it's truly authentic, but we love it. Tonight? I have no idea.

My best friend that I don't get to see very often is supposed to come over tonight. We may go out for Mexican.

I ate a bunch of fudge today at work, so I don't think I will be hungry for dinner tonight. We are having pizza though.

I'm having leftovers. Hubby and DD are out, so it's just me. That will make it easy.
