Canned Zucchini Bread

Jams and Jellies, pickles, fruit and high acid foods - these are all candidates for water bath canning.

Canned Zucchini Bread

Unread post by Farmfresh »

Here is a new thing to try... Zucchini Bread in a CAN. I bet the idea would work for other bread recipes as well.

Try not to die!

Maybe baking in a bain-marie would keep jars from breaking in the oven. Worried about botulism? Maybe try putting the lids on and then ... heck... why NOT water bath can them for 10 or 15 minutes.

Just an idea.
Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
"Stop Dreaming About the Good Life and Start Living IT !"
Every little bit ... is a little bit.

The canning police are against canning bread products because of their density BUT you can purchase canned bread from manufacturers so it’s got to be safe to can at home.
