The poison in our food

So I came across this video on YT and it's true that it addresses how manufacturers in UK would save money by adding 'stuff' to the food sold to consumers of the day. AND it's true that was then, and this is now...….BUT it was still a bit alarming to hear of the symptoms of the effects of eating 'tainted' foods as it sounds very similar to many current health issues.

Borax was added to sour milk to neutralize the acids to make it taste like fresh, but didn't stop the bad bacterias from making people sick. And Alum and Plaster of Paris was added to breads to both make the ingredients go farther (fillers) and make them attractively white.

Now days those practices are no longer used, but still begs the question of just what are those 'inert' ingredients in our current food supply AND the health issues because of it???? Gastritis, diahrrea, lethargy, mental impairment, and the list goes on...…….sound familiar????

PBS ran a show last month showing who was in charge of the experiments on humans to see how those additives effected the health of the people who consumed them.

Yup. They are still doing it. MSG is a huge one. And colors. And fillers. And...

And of course now we also have GMOs.
