Savingdogs, have you always had issues with dairy or is this a new situation? I think a lot of us have gut issues and an imbalance in our micro flora these days. Lately I have been supplementing with high count probiotic capsules in addition to the more natural probiotic sources that I like to eat. I haven't done it consistently enough or long enough to see major differences yet, but I do seem to feel a bit better.

It has been about five to seven years, something like that. I do take probiotics and enjoy kombucha. It is hard to say what, if anything is helping.
