Yes, it is the same process, just a bit of a different flavor in the finished product. It's good for making sweet and sour sauce.

I bet that is excellent in sweet and sour sauce! It would probably be good in a bbq sauce too. I wonder how the pineapple vinegar would be in place of apple cider vinegar to clabber milk for baking?
