Candied apples & pears & sticks oh my what a group we would make huh? 
Diz, that is a great price too for a rib roast. And yep, that's exactly what I've done with the leftovers and bones. Bone broth beef & veggie soup. But I may have added barley to the pot as well. LOVE it!!
