Makes me drool to watch it. I also like it that he uses - "Whack 'Ems" - for the crust.

I bet you could do a similar thing but make an onion gravy to put on instead of a mushroom one.

Yes and wrap it up in Gee gluten free puff pastry if I ever order some since I cannot get it at any local stores.
