Food Storage Items

Unread post by Icu4dzs » Wed Nov 27, 2019 9:32 am

I'm putting this here for your purview. I can't take credit for coming up with this list but I felt it was worth sharing here. |em31|

For whatever reason it came to me to publish this list, here it is. Lately, I have noticed a "disturbance in the force" that makes me do things like pass on things like this.
I hope it is helpful to you.

Foods That Store Indefinitely
Or nearly Indefinitely
Corn Syrup
Honey (raw, unfiltered is best)
Maple syrup
Vanilla extract (pure, REAL)
Vinegar (with the “mother”)
Popcorn (plain, stored in glass container)
Black tea
Corn Starch
Soy Sauce
Non-fat dry milk
Hard tack (white or whole wheat flour (use Oxygen absorber or silica gel)
Boullion cubes (no MSG, not liquid)
Ghee (clarified butter)
Dried Beans
Hard liquor (Ethanol)
White rice (NOT Brown rice or dark rice)
Canned food (very long expiration, really)
Spices/tea (leave in whole state, not ground)
Top Ramen
Corn meal (not stable indefinitely but will last a very long time)
Coffee will NOT store indefinitely but it will last a while.
Pasta will remain storable if properly stored uncooked.
Your believing it is not required for it to be true. TMM
I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and NOT have it!

Great list Doc. Thanks!
Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible."
"Stop Dreaming About the Good Life and Start Living IT !"
Every little bit ... is a little bit.
