China Buffet Green Beans

These are delicious and very green beany. I thought I would post this since this is the season.

China Buffet Green Beans

* 1 pound young fresh green beans - topped and tailed and snapped if desired
* 2 large cloves garlic - slivered or minced garlic
* 1 T sugar
* 2-4 T Tamari GF soy sauce
* 2 T Oyster Sauce GF
* 1 T oil - sesame preferred but I use olive oil
* sesame seeds (optional)

This is EZ!

1. Heat up the oil and start the garlic and the green beans cooking. Do NOT over cook the garlic.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
3. Cook until the sauce has covered everything and the green beans are cooked but still have a bite to them. This is why young beans are best for this recipe.

4. Stuff yourself on a delicious and healthy side dish.

Sounds yummy. Where do you get gf oyster sauce?

Our grocery store carries it, but sometimes it is not GF. On those occasions I just add more soy sauce. Not quite as good, but still yummy.
