Homemade Pastrami

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit. -The Tick ~~ Bible verse Revelation 6:15-17 - look it up!

I like my Reubens with corned beef. I grill the bread. Flip it inside out and grill again. Thousand island, meat, sauerkraut, and Swiss. Then throw the other piece of bread on top. Grilled inside. Flip the whole dang thing over and grill the bottom. That way in all kinda squishes together. I like the, the rest of the crew uses sourdough, well except for Sarah. She uses Schar.
Omg now I’m starving.

The MAKING pastrami part is what most interested me. I can never have too much pastrami on hand!
