1 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
2 cups pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla

Bring sugars and evaporated milk to a rolling boil and cook for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes
Quickly remove from heat and add butter, pecans and vanilla. Whip mixture for about 50 strokes until it starts to thicken and spoon out into equal clumps on wax paper to cool.
