The German soup sounds interesting, I think I’m going to try and make a gluten free version of it.
The ramen sounds good but I would have to substitute the noodles for something gluten free.
Minestrone is always a good hearty Fall/Winter meal option.

I have Thia rice noodles. Those work well for ramen and other noodle recipes. They even make great chicken and noodle soups.
And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit. -The Tick ~~ Bible verse Revelation 6:15-17 - look it up!
