2 Cups Blueberries, washed and cleaned
2 Cups Raspberries, washed and cleaned
2 Cups Canned Cherries, in glaze (Lite)
1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, light or dark
1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3 TBS Margarine
Preheat oven to 350*F
1) Gently combine first three ingredients
2) In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon.
3) Cut margarine into dry ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs
4) Spoon fruit into 10 oven proof ramekins or small coffee cups sprayed with vegetable oil spray
5) Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit and bake for 30 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
6) Serve hot or cold. Top with a spoonful of vanilla yogurt or ice cream if desired
Can be made in a large baking dish if desired instead of individual ramekins.

My hubby will love this one. It looks easy to make Gluten Free as well. Thanks for posting it!

The thing with this is no thickener or sugar needed with the fruit because you use the fruit with glaze to coat the other fresh or frozen berries.
These also freeze well baked or unbaked. The topping can be kept in a baggie in the freezer for quick assembly.
