Ingredients:
5 TBS Brown Sugar
2 TBS Fresh Ground Pepper
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Ground Allspice
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Cloves
6 Cardamon Seeds, Ground
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Sprinkle on top of each filet, tenderloin or on your choice of meat or vegetable

Interesting combination of spices. You seldom see cardamon or all spice in a meat recipe.
