Black Eyed Peas are tradition on New Years Day in the south. Lets make them great!

In Tennessee everyone did Pork jowls and black eyed peas. We're keeping our Northern Tradition of pork roast and kraut, thanks LOL
I'm not a fan of black eyed peas.

Read it again. This is sausage MADE WITH black eye peas. Sounds good to me.
We do both Kraut and Black Eye Peas.

I’ve never done anything specific for a New Year’s Day meal but the pork roast and kraut sound good. I’m not a fan of dried beans, peas or legumes.

Except kiwi's or macadamias...
