I tried this recipe today and it turned out really yummy! I’ll definitely make it again. I thought I’d share it with those of you who have gluten issues and miss fried battered fish or other things like onion rings, chicken or shrimp.

Yum. Thanks for sharing. I don't like beer batter, because I don't like beer, but with a cider or club soda this sounds really yummy! I need to give it a go in the near future.
