Rice Bread base recipe
* 2 cups boiling water
* 1 pound rice flour
* 1 pkg dry yeast
* dash of salt

Mix ¼ of the rice flour slowly into the boiling water. Stir and cook on low heat until it turns into a thick smooth paste. Let it cool until blood temperature. Add 1 packet of dry yeast. Mix yeast with a bit of warm water and let it proof. Add yeast to rice paste and let it proof a while. Mix well with the remaining rice flour and add to a buttered baking pan. Allow the mix to rise. Look for the top to crack.
Bake at 350 - 375 until the loaf is brown and done.
