Wow! Such timing! I soaked a bag of pintos two days ago and they are sitting in the refrigerator waiting for some love.

I kinda made these last nite. Added the sour cr and the mayo. Didn't have smokey chilies and found out that im outa cumin. So I used some tapitillo.

Whoops. It was ok. I did like the texture. But by leaving out some key ingred that I didn't have, I guess it wasn't a good review of the recipe.
