These look great! I wish they were gluten free.

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit. -The Tick ~~ Bible verse Revelation 6:15-17 - look it up!

I have a gluten free recipe if you want it. I have made them before and IIRC they took a bit of time to achieve the perfect shape and texture of the finished product. I even bought a set of ring molds for making them.
