OH NO don't take out the curry powder! You can have a curry without too much heat.
And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit. -The Tick ~~ Bible verse Revelation 6:15-17 - look it up!

I love mild curry. No heat in mine.
Found water and ------better weather, yeah, maybe not.....

I love to make curries and then serve them over rice or even noodles. (It has been a while since the last one... maybe soon) I bet it would taste good served over a big old baked potato as well. To me that might be less effort than the recipe above.

I’m just not fond of curry powder but the rest of the recipe looks good.
