Indian Fry Bread/Navajo Tacos

This came up on my suggested videos on YouTube and decided to go with it for supper. After making the fry bread, I just added taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese & some Hispanic table cream drizzled over the top. It was so good, I had to go for seconds. Now I'm miserable, but a happy miserable. :grin:

Probably should have mixed the meat with beans, which I've done before for other tacos, but didn't think of it in time tonight. There are even gluten free versions on YT as well.



ps.........there are still several fry breads left over that will be eaten with honey and/or cinnamon & sugar....maybe tomorrow :grin:
